How do Virtual Classes Work?
How do virtual classes work?
Search for a class of your interest, sign up and pay. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to work out any electronic issues.
What will I need?
Please have some water to drink and a yoga mat. Optional to have yoga blocks and a strap and a small towel/bandana.
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
Live classes are not recorded. Even better, there will be similar on demand classes available to fit in your yoga practice or two in your schedule.
What technology is required?
Internet is needed and a lap top or computer work best, yet classes can be taken on any smart phone.
